4. How long should I avoid coffee and red wine for after the procedure?

5. What is the difference in the percentages of bleaching solutions?
This shows how concentrated the solution is. It is commonly believed that the stronger solution will bleach more thoroughly, although no major research has found this to be true. It has been found that the stronger solutions should be left on the teeth for a shorter period of time.
